Are we responsible if there is a security breach to our network?

Yes. Data regulations apply to the entity who collected the information originally. Our policy contemplates breaches or losses even caused by a vendor.

Yes. You are responsible for the security and protection of your customers’ and employees’ data.

Does your policy cover regulatory fines and penalties?
Yes. The policy will pay civil monetary fines and penalties imposed by a federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity where available by law. We will also provide defense for regulatory proceedings.

Who do I contact if I have a breach or suspected breach?
We provide a data breach coach that will guide your company through the process. Our team of experts will address all the complexities that come with a data breach.

How do I get a cyber quote?
For most clients, your local insurance broker can enter your submission through our V2 portal using information they already have on file about your company.
